Méthode Foundations (beginner)
Perfect for first-timers or anyone returning to movement. Learn proper form, breath cues, and Mini Pro basics in a supportive, slow-paced environment. Build quiet confidence from the ground up. Movements are performed continuously for 1–2 minutes at the front of the machine

Méthode Progression (intermediate)
Fluid transitions and balanced full-body work. Move with intention through varied tempos, building strength, stability, and mindful rhythm in a welcoming community setting. Movements are performed continuously for 2–3 minutes at the front, sometimes at the back of the machine.

Méthode Advanced
For experienced practitioners craving maximum challenge. Complex sequences, advanced variations, and relentless time under tension — all delivered with precision and care. Movements are performed continuously for 3 minutes mostly at the back of the machine.

Méthode Vitality
Nurture longevity through intentional, low-impact movement. This gentle class places greater emphasis on mobility and stretching while supporting posture, bone density, and balance. A slower pace and mindful approach create a welcoming space for beginners and all stages of life.

1:1 Private Session
A focused 30-minute private session* designed for beginners looking to build a strong foundation. Work one-on-one to develop strength and endurance while refining your posture, alignment, and control. Perfect for learning proper form, improving technique, and gaining confidence before joining group classes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I expect at my first visit?
A: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the class.
From the moment you walk in, your instructor will greet you and help you get settled. You’ll be guided to choose your machine — we usually recommend a middle spot for first-timers so you can easily follow along.
Before class begins, your instructor will introduce you to the Mini Pro™, explain how it works, and walk you through the structure of the 45-minute session. Expect slow, controlled movements, a 4-count tempo, brief transitions (0–5 seconds), and guidance on how to use the accessories. We’re here to support you every step of the way.​
Q: Where is parking located?
A: Parking is located at the back of the big blue shop. Once parked, walk to the front of the building (the side facing the street) and you’ll find the entrance door. Please refer to the image provided on our website for guidance.​
Q: What are the instructors’ qualifications?
A: All of our instructors are trained and certified by a Lagree Master Trainer. They are CPR and First Aid certified and bring their own unique backgrounds and experience to every class. We encourage you to connect with them — they’re here to guide and support you.​
Q: What do I need to bring to class?
A: Please bring water and grip socks. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase in studio ($25 + tax). Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows you to move freely.
Q: Where can I book my sessions? Is there an app? Are memberships available?
A: You can book your classes through the Fliip app, available for download on your phone. Booking links are also available directly on our website under pricing, memberships, and “Book Now,” as well as on our social media pages.
We offer drop-ins, class packages, and monthly memberships. If you experience any issues during registration, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help.
